DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT: ON TOP SHELVES,UNDER AND SIDE OF COOLER AND CHEST FREEZERS,REAR STORAGE WERE CHAIRS AND ROUND TABLES ARE STORED OBSERVED DROPPINGS, AND NORTH- WEST WALL HAS A HOLE, MUST SEAL. NEED TO RE-ORGANIZE AREA STORED ITEMS 6" OFF THE FLOOR. STAFF DINING AREA AT SECOND FLOOR OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT DROPPING THROUGHOUT THE ROOM,ALSO AT WEST-NORTH SIDE WALL OBSERVED A HOLE,MUST SEAL.
