8.3 LICENSE TO OPERATE

8-304.11 Responsibilities of the LICENSE Holder.

Upon acceptance of the LICENSE issued by the DEPARTMENT, the LICENSE

HOLDER in order to retain the LICENSE

shall:

(A) Allow the posting of the SUMMARY REPORT in accordance with Section

7-42-010(b) of the Municipal Code of Chicago;
