The third violation concerned pest prevention. Inspectors documented: 38. Insects, Rodents, & Animals Not Present - Comments: Observed a Gap Along Bottom Left Corner of Front Door Must Make Tight Fitting.. Food & Non-food Contact Surfaces Cleanable, Properly Designed, Constructed & Used - Comments: Must Repair or Replace Damaged and Worn Door Gaskets on 1 & 2 Door Prep Coolers and 1- Door Reach in C.
