Manhattan, NY - Health department officials identified compliance issues at BITES OF XI'AN in an inspection dated 08/14/2025.

Condiments not in single-service containers or dispensed directly by the vendor.. The FDA Food Code requires establishments to eliminate conditions that attract and harbor pests, including proper waste management and facility maintenance.
