Inspectors documented: Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained & Clean - Comments: Observed Coffee and Slushie Machine Covered on Counter in Front Sales Floor and Not in Use at Time of Inspection. Instructed to Remove All Items That Are Unnecessary to the Operation or Maintenance of the Establishment That Is Nonfunctional or No Longer in Use..
