The second violation related to pest management. Inspectors documented: Food & Non-food Contact Surfaces Cleanable, Properly Designed, Constructed & Used - Comments: Observed Foil Being Used As Liner on Shelving Units in Rear Preparation Area. Instructed the Person in Charge to Remove All Foil From Shelving Units. All Food and Non-food Contact Surfaces Must Be Smooth and Easily Cleanable.. The FDA Food Code requires establishments to eliminate conditions that attract and harbor pests, including proper waste management and facility maintenance.
