Inspectors documented: Adequate Handwashing Sinks Properly Supplied and Accessible - Comments: Observed No Hot Running Water at the Handwashing Sinks in the Boys and Girls' Toilet Room, on the Second Floor Near Staircase #4. the Temperature of the Water in the Boys' Toilet Room Was 69.1f and the Girls' Was 65.8f at the Time of Inspection. Instructed to Have Hot (100f) and Cold Running Water at All Hand Wash Sinks. Priority Violation 7-38-030(c), No Citation Issued.. The FDA Food Code requires cold foods to be held at 41°F or below and hot foods at 135°F or above to prevent bacterial growth in the "danger zone." Inspectors documented: Non-food/food Contact Surfaces Clean - Comments: Observed Slight Debris on the Shelving Unit Below the Food Prep Table Stored in the Cafeteria. Insturcted Clean and Maintain Said S. FDA sanitation guidelines require regular cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and bacterial growth.
