Inspectors documented: Non-food/food Contact Surfaces Clean - Comments: the Following in Need of Cleaning: the Exterior Surfaces of All Cooking Equipment, Interior Bottom of Fryer, Interiors of Refrigeration Units, Bottom and Top Area of Prep Tables in Front and Rear Prep Area, All Storage Shelves and Exterior Surfaces of Bulk Storage Containers..
