Inspectors documented: Insects, Rodents, & Animals Not Present - Comments: Observed 2 Live Mice in the Kitchen and Evidence of Pest Infestation on the Premises. Observed Approximately 40 Mouse Droppings on the Floor in the Dining Area and Rear Storage Closet Near the Public Toilet Room Throughout the Facility. Also Observed 40 Rat Droppings on the Floor in the Basement in the Corner Underneath the Fire Extinguishers and Wher.
